摘要
目的探讨手外伤术中及术后有利于手功能恢复的方法。方法系统回顾性分析156例手外伤患者的临床资料。结果全部肌腱损伤、部分合并神经伤、指骨和(或)掌骨、腕骨骨折病例手术恢复良好,优良率为83.89%。结论手外伤及时显微处理是保证手功能恢复的前提,同时配合术后的功能锻炼有助于手功能的恢复。
Objective To find the favorable methods of recovering of hand functions during the hand injuries operation and postoperation.Methods retrospective analysis of clinical data were conducted in 156 cases with hand injuries.Results Tendon injuries were found in all cases,compound nervous injuries,phalanx,metacarpal bone fractures in parts of them,postoperative recovery was norma,the rate of excellent recovery was 83.89%.Conclusion The treatment of hand injuries with microsurgerical operation promptly is the precondition ensured recovery of hand functions,meanwhile,postoperation exercises of recovery of functions will help to improve hand functions.
