摘要
目的探讨百克瑞纱布创面敷料对伴有甲床损伤的手外伤患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2016年2月至2019年2月门诊伴有甲床损伤的手外伤患者,并选取获得完全随访的患者120例,随访时间为6~12个月。患者均给予正规清创缝合术,其中60例(对照组)患者为术后凡士林无菌纱布2层覆盖伤口,外覆无菌纱布包扎,换药至伤口干燥无渗出,再单独以碘伏消毒,无菌纱布包扎,直至伤口愈合拆线。60例(研究组)患者为术中给予应用百克瑞纱布创面敷料擦拭伤口,术后换药过程中给予盐水冲洗伤口,覆百克瑞纱布创面敷料于伤口处,无菌纱布包扎,直至伤口干燥无渗出,再单独以碘伏消毒,无菌敷料包扎,直至伤口愈合拆线。结果研究组患者的伤口愈合时间及换药次数明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的术后感染率明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术后渗出及疼痛指数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百克瑞纱布创面敷料应用于对伴有甲床损伤的手外伤患者的治疗中预防感染疗效确切,伤口渗出少,减少换药次数,换药过程中疼痛痛苦小,愈合时间短,治疗无不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effects of Bacre gauze wound dressing in treatment of hand trauma complicated by nail bed injury.Methods A total of 120 patients with hand trauma complicated by nail bed injury who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 60 cases in each group and followed up for 6~12 months.All the patients were treated by regular debridement and suture,and the patients in control group were treated by two layers of vaseline sterile gauze covering the wound after the operation,then covered with sterile gauze,the dressing was changed until the wound was dry without exudation.And the patients in research group were treated by Bacre gauze wound dressing during operation to wipe the wound,and washing the wound with saline during the dressing change after operation.The wound was covered with Bacre gauze wound dressing and bandaged with sterile gauze until wound healing and disconnecting.Results The wound healing time and the frequency of dressing changes in research group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).And the postoperative infection rate in research group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the postoperative exudation and pain index in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Bacre gauze wound dressing in treatment of hand trauma complicated by nail bed injury is effective in preventing infection,reducing wound exudation,and frequency of dressing changes and the pain during dressing change,which can shorten the healing time,without adverse reactions,thus,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
