摘要
目的：探讨急诊手外伤患者的临床特征和良好的急诊手术方式。方法：对我院急诊科收治的60例手外伤患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果：全部肌腱损伤、部分合并神经伤、指骨和（或）掌骨、腕骨骨折病例手术恢复良好，优良率为80％，平均背伸功能7％，屈曲失能13％，关节强直31％。结论：手外伤急诊过程中及时清创和积极的术后恢复锻炼有助于预防感染和改善手功能恢复。
Objective： To investigate the emergency department clinical characteristics of patients with hand injuries and a good emergency surgery. Methods： The hospital emergency department treated 60 cases of clinical data of patients with hand injuries were retrospectively analyzed. Results： All the tendon injury, part of the combined nerve injuries, phalangeal and （or） metacarpal, wrist fracture surgery patients recovered well and good rate was 80%, the average dorsiflexion function of 7% to 13% loss of flexion, 31% of ankylosis. Conclusion： The hand injuries during the emergency in a timely manner after debridement and active recovery exercise to help prevent infection and improve hand function recovery.
