摘要
柔韧素质是人体机能五大素质之一,是各项体育运动不可或缺的素质。田径运动中,柔韧素质和运动成绩有密切的关系。文章从运动生理学、运动训练学角度来阐述柔韧素质与田径运动的关系及田径运动中柔韧素质训练应注意的问题。
Flexibility is an important fitness for athlete selection;it is a necessary ability for the athletic sports.In the Track and Field,Flexibility has the close relation to the sports performances.From the point of the athletic physiology and the theory of sports training,this paper elaborates the relationships between the Flexibility and the Track and Field, and brings forward some attentive questions in the training.
