短跑运动员不要忽视柔韧性练习

摘要 在基层的业余训练中,特别是在中小学训练中许多教练员的训练手段成人化,再加上目前竞赛制度尚不完善,一些教练员为片面的追求眼前成绩,使得一些少年短跑运动员过早地进行专项训练,在实施过程中只注重运动员的速度、力量、技术等训练,而往往忽视少年短跑运动员柔韧性训练,造成青少年运动员的短跑水平得不到突破性进展,影响青少年运动员将来进一步发展。其实各种素质间是密切联系的,而柔韧性素质又具有桥梁的作用,其好坏影响着其他素质的发展,以及各种素质潜能的充分发挥和利用。 Many coaches adopt training methods that only fit adults in amateur training, especially among students in middle and primary schools. Complicated by the present imperfect contest system, some coaches apply special training among young sprinters, placing undue emphasis on the immediate results. They just focus on the athletes' speed, strength and skills rather than the training of their flexibility, then the young athletes can hardly make breakthroughs in sprint, with their future development to be affected. As a matter of fact, these qualities are closely connected, and flexibility serves as a bridge among them, influencing the development and exploit of other qualities.
