摘要
随着体育运动的发展,体育产业也正在蓬勃的发展。做为老工业基地的黑龙江省,也正在利用这个契机发展自身的综合实力。伴随体育产业的发展,也需要促进体育产业发展的人才,本文对黑龙江省体育产业人才发展对策进行研究,力求为黑龙江省体育产业发展提供理论依据。
With the developing of sports,the sports industry booms.As the old industry base,Heilongjiang province show its integrative strength in this opportunity.The sports industry developing need more and more talents.The paper has a research on the developing countermeasure of sports industry talents in Heilongjiang province and puts forward some advice for sports industry developing in Heilongjiang province.
