摘要
黑龙江作为我国滑雪产业的大省,其领先及主导地位正受到挑战,如何保持滑雪企业的核心竞争力和黑龙江滑雪区域竞争力是当地政府急需解决的问题。通过运用SWOT模型对黑龙江省滑雪产业现状进行分析和创新性思考,提出政策整合创新、基地建设、国际化合作、拉长产业链、人才培养、滑雪节庆等措施,以期为有关部门提供参考。
As a outstanding province of Chinese ski industry, the leading position of Heilongjiang Province is being challenged. The urgent problem is for the local government how to keep the hardcore and regional competitive power of ski industry in Heilongjiang province. The article has an analysis on the advantage, shortage, opportunity and challenge of Heilongjiang ski industry by using the SWOT model and thinks that it has some advantages in aspects of nature condition, business scale, industry system and person service, but has apparent shortages in aspects of general management, capital resources, product structure and tech- nical information. The opportunity coexists with the challenge. After having an innovative thought on the operation of government, industry and enterprise, it puts forward some suggestion for related departments as a reference to have an innovation integrating policies, improve the base construction, advance the international cooperation, increase the industrial chain, enhance the training of specific persons and have better ski feast.
