摘要
运用文献资料研究法等,对江西省教练员、运动员现状进行研究。结果表明,江西省教练员队伍在总量、运动员的比率、运动员的质量、学历和职称结构等方面明显差于山东、湖南省。突出项目设置与布局,加强科研力量,注重教练员培训,适当引进体育院系高材生、高水平教练员等是提高江西运动水平的重要途径。
The present situation of coaches and athletes in Jiangxi Province is studied based on literature study.The results show that Jiangxi Province lags far behind Shandong Province and Hunan Province on total amounts of coaches,the proportion of athletes,the quality of athletes and the structure of educational level.To raise the competitive sport level of Jiangxi Province,it is important to set and manage the promising events,enhance scientific study,pay attention to the education of coaches and athletes and introduce elite athletes and coaches into the province from physical education institutes.
