摘要
随着人类基因组计划的完成和后基因组计划的全面展开,基因工程为主导的生物技术在运动医学领域的应用得到广泛关注。本文采用文献资料法,总结和阐述了ACE(血管紧张素转化酶)基因I/D多态性与耐力、肌肉力量及运动性心脏间关系的研究进展,并指出当前该研究领域存在的一些问题。旨在为运动员的科学选材及制定合理的训练方案提供有价值的理论依据。
With the fulfillment of human genome plan and the implementation of new plan,the application of biotechnology dominated by genetic engineering in field of sports medicine has drawn wide concern.Using the methods of literature summary,it summarized and analyzed the results of the researches on the effects of polymorphism of ACE gene on the athletic endurance,muscle strength and sports heart obesity.Also some inadequacy is mentioned in present studies.It is expected to find some valuable genetic factors to select players scientifically and to establish suitable training progress.
