摘要 采用文献综述法,主要从ACE基因与耐力运动及其与运动性心脏之间的关系方面,概述了近年来有关ACE基因与运动二者间关系的研究进展。主要阐述ACE基因与有氧耐力、运动性心脏肥大以及ACE基因多态性与运动能力的关系。旨在为运动员的科学选材过程中从遗传因素中找到一些有价值的遗传标志,为科学选材提供理论依据。 <Abstrcat>Through the documentary summarization method, this essay summarizes the research on relation between ACE gene and endurance sports in recent years from the aspect of relation of ACE gene, endurance sports and sports heart. It briefly expounds the relation among ACE gene, oxygen endurance, sports heart obesity, the multiplet of ACE gene and exercise performance. It is expected to find some valuable genetic factors to select players scientifically.
