摘要
本文从文献信息学深刻的内涵和当代图书馆学，情报学的发展趋势等方面，阐述了文献信息学有可能成为２１ 世纪图书馆学、情报学的大统一理论。并从以下三个方面论述了这个设想的理论依据：大统一理论符合辩证唯物主义发展学说；大统一理论有利于文献信息事业的发展；用历史的观点看文献信息学。

According to the deep connotation of documentary information theory and the developing tendency of contemporary library theory and information theory, this article elaborates documentary information theory may be the general uniting theory of library information theory in the 21st century. This article puts forward this imaginative theory foundation from the following three aspects: Ⅰ.The general uniting theory accords with materialist dialectics developing theory. Ⅱ.The general uniting theory is beneficial to the development of documentary information cause Ⅲ.We need to treat documentary information theory with historical viewpoint.
