摘要
文章对我国公共图书馆事业发展战略对策进行了探讨，提出了我国公共图书馆建设重点应转移到小型化、分馆制方面来。
Discussed in this paper is the prlicy of the development of public library in our country.And in library construction a focus in this paper is suggested on the shift in emphasise to small-scale library and library branch.Meantime,emphasned in this paper is the importance and method of all-round developing policies of the featured construction of public library.
