摘要
心理契约是指雇主与雇员之间的一种非正式的理解与契约关系,是人力资源管理的一种新视角,在现代企业管理中发挥了巨大的作用。心理契约通过对员工忠诚度的激励而改善顾客满意度,从而提高了企业的核心能力与运作绩效。心理契约的形成是一个复杂的过程,同时,心理契约也是一个多维度的结构体系。心理契约的违背会对组织和员工造成消极的后果,导致雇佣关系的恶化。心理契约的研究在我国取得了一定的成果,促进了我国行为经济学理论与实践水平的提高。
Psychological contract is a kind of informal understanding and contractual relations between employers and employees,and is also a kind of new perspective of human resource management,which has played a huge role in modern enterprise management activities.Psychological contract may improve the core competence and operation performance of modern enterprise through the incentives for staff loyalty.Psychological contract formation is a complex process,and is a multi-dimensional system structure.The breach of psychological contract would result in negative consequence for organization and employees,and give rise to deterioration of employment relationship.The research of psychological contract has acquired many achievements in China and promotes the level of theory and practice of behavioral economics.
