摘要
高校贫困生资助应彰显以人为本、公正平等、促进发展、主动担责的政府伦理主张,并通过建立完备的资助体系、广泛的诚信系统、完善的法规制度等路径来实施、践行。
The subsidization to impoverished students in colleges and universities should exhibit the ethical advocacies of people-orientedness,fairness and equality,promotion of development and voluntary responsibility,and get them implemented through establishing a complete subsidization system and widespread credit honesty system,and perfect laws and regulations system etc.
