摘要
从教学改革的实际出发,综合分析了当前高校师资队伍建设所面临的各种问题,从师德教育,更新观念,适应学生自主学习需要,提高师资队伍素质,以及制定保障法规制度等方面对师资队伍建设工作做了详细的阐述,提倡加强师资队伍素质建设与制度建设并举。
The paper synthetically analyzed the various problems faced with the construction of teachers in higher college from a new perspective of the realities of the teaching reforming.We expounded the constructive tasks of teachers under the new conditions which were the moral education,renewal our ideas,to adjust to the needs of students＇autonomic learning,to strengthen the quality of faculty and draw up protection of laws and regulations at great length.We advocated enhancing simultaneously developing the construction of the faculty quality and the systems.
