摘要
针对当前体育界存在种种对体育举国体制不理性的评价,提出以理性为指导、以事实为依据,建立全面、系统、科学、客观、稳定的体育举国体制评价标准,以科学的评价体系引导人们正确评价体育举国体制,还体育举国体制以历史的真面目。
To all sorts of non - rational evaluation of the national sports system existed in sportsdom at present, it regards rationality as guideline and fact as basis to establish a standard of national sports system evaluation which is overall, systematic, scientific, objective and stable. It leads people to evaluate the national sports system correctly by a scientific evaluation system and to return the real feature of history to the national sports system.
