改良慢性压力超负荷大鼠模型的对比研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨通过双重缩窄大鼠腹主动脉制作心衰模型成功率的方法。方法将60只成年雄性SD大鼠采用随机数字表法分为3组:假手术组、腹主动脉缩窄模型组(模型组)、腹主动脉双重缩窄模型组(改良组)。造模8周后,使用BL-420E+生物信号采集系统测定心功能指标,比较3组大鼠心功能的各项指标(SAP、DAP、LVEDP、LVMI、±dp/dtmax)。结果与假手术组相比,模型组与改良组大鼠SAP、DAP、LVEDP、LVMI显著升高(P<0.01),±dp/dtmax下降(P<0.01);改良组与模型组比较,大鼠SAP、DAP、LVEDP、LVMI显著升高(P<0.05),±dp/dtmax下降(P<0.05)。结论双重缩窄大鼠腹主动脉制作慢性压力超负荷模型成功率高。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of improved chronic pressure overload rat model.Methods The 60 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:sham operation group(SH)(n=20),abdominal aorta coarctation group(AAC)(n=20) and double ligated abdominal aorta group(DAA)(n=20).Parameters of cardiac function were observed at the 8th week(SAP、DAP、LVEDP、LVMI、±dp/dtmax). Results At 8th week,in AAC and DAA groups,the cardiac function parameters(SAP、DAP、LVMI and LVEDP) were increased and ±dp/dtmax was decreased,(P0.01);Compared with that of AAC group,the parameters of heart function of DAA group were improved significantly(P0.05) at the 8th week. Conclusion Double ligation of abdominal aorta can improve the efficacy of this chronic pressure overload rat model.
