摘要 目的 :观察超剂量儿茶酚胺对去甲肾上腺素性心肌病动物模型病理生理指标的影响。方法 :采用多次静脉输注大剂量去甲肾上腺素造成充血性心肌病动物模型。结果 :模型组动物心肌形态学和血液流变学明显改变 ,心肌组织内钙离子含量显著升高 ,镁离子含量显著降低 ,并与外周血红细胞内钙镁离子含量呈显著正相关。结论 :外周血红细胞内钙镁离子变化可能作为反映心肌细胞内钙镁离子变化的一个参考指标。 Objective:To observe the influence of over dosage catecholamine on animal models of congestive cardiomyopathy made by noradrenalin in pathology and physiology.Methods:High dosage of noradrenalin was given by intravenous drip for many times.Results:Myocardial morphology and blood rheology of animals in model group had remarkable change. Contents of calcium within myocardial tissue was significantly higher, contents of magnesium was significantly lower in comparison with those of control group. Contents of calcium and magnesium within myocardial tissue was significantly correlated with those in peripheral red blood cells.Conclusion:These results indicated that change of calcium and magnesium in peripheral red blood cells may served as a parameter to reflect the alteration of calcium and magnesium within myocardial cells.
