摘要
目的:研究心复康口服液对心衰大鼠心肌乳酸水平的影响,探讨中药改善心肌能量代谢的机制。方法:将75只大鼠随机等分为假手术组(SH)、腹主动脉缩窄模型组(CAA)、心复康口服液治疗组(XFK)。建立模型并检测其心功能参数、心肌乳酸含量。结果:6周、12周时CAA组大鼠心功能明显降低,XFK组较CAA组改善(P<0.01);6周时XFK组、CAA组大鼠心肌乳酸均升高(P<0.01),12周时XFK组大鼠乳酸下降(P<0.01)。结论:心复康口服液对心衰大鼠心功能及乳酸水平有改善。
Objective：To study the Effects of XinFuKang Oral Liquid on Lactate in rats of congestive heart failure and discuss the mechanisms of myocardial energy metabolism improved by Chinese herbs.Methods： 75 rats were randomly divided into Sham operation（SH）,Coarctation of abdominal aorta model group（CAA） and Xinfufang Oral Liquid group（XFK）.Then observed the parameters of cardiac function models,content of lactate.Results： Cardiac function of CAA group decreased at the 6thweek and the12th week,while the XFK group improved significantly compared with CAA group;The level of lactate increased significantly at the 6th and 12th week in CAA and XFK group（P 0.01）,and the level of lactate decreased at the 12th week in XFK group（P 0.01）.Conclusion： Xin Fu Kang Oral Liquid can obviously improve cardiac function and the level of lactate in rats of congestive heart failure.
