摘要
针对典型的航空铝合金薄壁件,分析其制孔毛刺生长机理,指出钻削轴向力是影响毛刺生成的关键因素,进而对制孔加工区域进行细分,提出了一种通过控制进给量的分层进给制孔工艺,以优化控制毛刺形态及尺寸。设计的制孔工艺试验结果表明:与传统制孔工艺相比,分层进给制孔工艺能有效抑制毛刺形成,控制毛刺生长,显著提高制孔质量。
The drilling burr formation mechanism of a typical aluminum alloy thin--walled workpiece in aero industries was studied. It is shown that the thrust force of drilling process is the most influential factor of the burr formation. Based on this, in order to optimal control drilling burr shapes and sizes, the drilling area was subdivided,and then a layered feed drilling process was advanced. The test drilling process was designed, and the results prove that the layered feed drilling process can inhibit the burr formation effectively, control the burr growth and improve the hole quality significantly.
