摘要
在城乡统筹发展过程中,重庆非赢利组织既充满了机遇又面临诸多挑战。为了迎接挑战,抓住机遇,重庆非赢利组织应培育组织建构与治理能力、人力资源管理能力、社会资本建构和财务管理能力、环境适应能力,以及提升创新能力,加快进行自身的建构与适应步伐,发挥其统筹城乡政治文明建设、统筹城乡经济发展、统筹城乡教育卫生文化事业发展、统筹重庆市城乡社会保障体系建立等社会功能。
In the process of overall planning of urban and rural development, the Chongqing non-profit organizations faces both opportunities and many challenges. To meet the challenges and grasp opportunities, it is necessary for Chongqing NPOs to foster organizational structure and management abilities, human resource management abilities, social capital structure and financial management abilities, environment adaptation abilities, and innovative abilities, to accelerate self-building and adaptation, and to bring such social functions into full play as overall-planning urban and rural political civilization construction, overall-planning urban and rural economic development, overall-planning urban and rural development of education, hygiene and culture causes, overall-planning urban and rural social security system establishment, etc.
