摘要
以政府观为向度来重新审视新自由主义在学术界是不多见的,具有相当的新颖性。在廓清新自由主义政府观涉及的政府、政府观、新自由主义等学术概念和梳理新自由主义政府观同古典自由主义政府观、现代自由主义政府观三者理论渊源的基础上,可以提炼出新自由主义政府观内涵的四项主要内容:政府的起源、政府的职能、政府与市场的关系、政府与社会的关系,以及其具有的三个基本特点:有限性、消极性和法制性。
Rethinking on new liberalism based on view of government is rare in the academic circles and enjoys considerable novelty.On the basis of clarifying the government,the view of government,new liberalism and other academic concepts related with new liberalist view of government and tracing theoretical origins among new liberalist views of government,classical liberalist views of government and modern liberalist view of government,the four main ingredients of new liberalist view of government can be obtained： the origin of government,the function of the government,the relations between the government and the market,the relations between the government and society.The new liberalist view of government has the characteristics of being limited,negative and legal.
