摘要
李光耀的政府观包括政府的目的、职能、组织原则及人员构成 ,是一个完备的体系。李光耀的政府观源于新加坡的实践和对古今中外特别当代西方政府成败得失的总结 ;同时 ,又进一步在实践中得到修正、完善 ,指导新加坡的政府活动 ,创造出新加坡的繁荣与辉煌。对于当前我国进行的政治体制改革坚持其系统性、实践性 。
The theory of Lee Kuangyao on government is an integrated system,which includes the objective,function,organization as well as composition of the government.It is derived from the governing experience of Singapore and foreign governments,both ancient and modern,western ones especiolly,and modified and consummated as a guidance to government’s activities.It has contributed to the flourish and prosperity of Singapore,and can be used as important reference for China’s political reform.
