摘要
高职院校思想政治教育体系的完善和发展是培养高素质技能人才的前提,应明确团队精神训练在高职学生思想政治工作中的重要意义,探索团队精神训练与思想政治教育工作相结合的途径,构建团队精神训练效果评估模式,形成以团队精神训练为核心的高职院校大学生思想政治教育工作新的方式和手段。
The improvement and development of ideological and political education in higher vocational college are the keys of cultiva-ting high-quality skilled talents.So we should emphasize the importance of team spirit training of the college students,ex-plore the way to combine team-work spirit training and political education,and build evaluation model of team-work spirit training to form new measures of political education in vocational college,which centers on team-work spirit training.
