摘要
文章揭示了在当代社会发展高度综合和高度分化的背景下,合作精神成为当代大学生自身发展的内在要求及其学习与事业成功的重要品质。剖析了当前大学生合作精神缺失的深层原因,并提出培养当代大学生合作精神的重要途径。
The social development is highly integrated and divided. Under this background, co-operation spirit has become the inner demands of the self-development of the current college students and the important quality of the success of their study and career. This paper analyzes the deep-level reasons of their lacking of the spirit and puts forward the ways to foster it.
