摘要
运用单因素试验和响应面试验研究了生料发酵法制备酒精的工艺。结果表明:原料粉碎度为100目、α-淀粉酶添加量为9 U/g、糖化酶添加量为201 U/g、料水比为1?2.8、酸性蛋白酶添加量为36 U/g、发酵温度为36℃、发酵时间为72 h等工艺条件下,可获得最高的橡实淀粉酒精转化率。
Through the research of single factor tests and response surface methodology(RSM) tests,the optimal fermentation conditions were summed up as follows:the particle size is 100 meshes,the ratio of material to water is 2.8,the addition of α-amylase is 9 U/g,the addition of glucoamylase is 201 U/g,the addition of acid protease is 36 U/g,the fermentation temperature is 36℃,the fermentation time is 72 h.
