摘要
该文对水稻花药进行了不同温度和不同时间处理,然后进行愈伤组织诱导。结果表明:水稻花药在培养前高温热击处理的最适处理温度为35℃,时间以24 h为宜。热处理温度过低时间太短,不利于愈伤组织形成,导致绿苗产量下降。热处理温度过高时间过长,白化苗急剧上升。
In this paper,rice anthers are treated by thermal shock at different temperatures for different times and then the callus is induced.The result shows that the optimum thermal shock treatment temperature is 35℃ and the appropriate time is 24h before the rice anther culture.Both low heat-shock temperature and short time are not conducive to the formation of rice callus,which results in the decrease of green seedlings,while high heat treatment temperature and long heat shock leads to sharp increase of albino.
