摘要
采用高效液相色谱法对不同茶叶中的表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的含量进行分析。采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:水:乙酸(23:75:2,v/v),流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温35℃,检测波长为272 nm。EGCG线性范围为0.11~1.71μg,相关系数r=0.9996,平均回收率98.7%,RSD为0.7%。本方法分析速度快,灵敏度高,分离效果好,可作为测定茶叶中EGCG含量的方法。
HPLC is used to analyze the content of EGCG in different tea-leaves.PHENONMENEX ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) is taken as the column,methanol and water and acetic acid(23:75:2,v/v)as the mobile phase,the velocity of flow is 1.0 mL· min-1,the column temperature is 35,the inspect wavelength is 272 nm.The linear range of EGCG is 0.11~1.71 μg,r=0.9996,the average rate of recovery is 98.7% and the RSD is 0.7%,This method,with the advantages of rapid analysis,high sensibility,good separation effect,can be used to determine the content of EGCG in tea-leaves..
