摘要
培养专业的带头人和骨干教师作为"国家示范性高等职业院校建设计划"的重要内容之一,得到了学校高度重视,并分批次开始实施。在实践中总结了境外培训组织管理经验,就如何实现教师境外培训目的,规范有序地做好教师境外培训组织工作进行了论述。
As a key construction program of national model higher vocational colleges,overseas training for teachers consist of academic leaders and backbone teachers has been paid much attention by the college authorities and has been carried out step by step.Ways to achieve the goal of overseas training,conduct the job orderly and carry out a proper management were discussed and summarized.
