摘要
主要综述了机械球磨法、还原法(封闭循环氢还原法、氯化钼还原法、化学水解沉淀-还原法、均匀沉淀-还原法)、电子束辐射法、氯化钼蒸汽法、微波等离子化学气相沉积法、电脉冲法等制备纳米钼粉的研究现状。对我国纳米钼粉研究的发展趋势进行了展望。
This article introduces the different preparation methods of nano molybdenum powder at present,such as ball milling method,reduction method(seal circulation hydrogen reducing,chloride of molybdenum hydrogen reducing,chemical hydrolytic decomposition precipitation-hydrogen reducing and homogeneous precipitation-hydrogen reducing),electron bundle radiation method,chloride of molybdenum vapor method,microwave plasma-chemical vapor deposition method,electric pulse method,and so on.The development trend of nano molybdenum powder is predicted in china.
