摘要
选择养殖场防治肉鸡鸡球虫病常用的药物全球通、球普杀、杀球净、妥曲球康、求迪等5种药物为试验药品,以有典型症状、镜检粪便中有球虫卵囊的病鸡为试验动物,做对比试验.把患病鸡群随机分成6组,对照组1组试验组5组,每组50只.分别用全球通、球普杀、杀球净、妥曲球康、求迪饮水治疗,连续用药5 d.通过临床表现、剖检变化、卵囊计数等方法判定结果.以上几种药物对鸡球虫病的治愈率分别分97.56%、92.68%、87.80%、85.37%、78.05%.试验结果表明:复方三字球虫粉对治疗鸡球虫病的效果最好.
The common drugs such as Fufangsanziqiufen,Qiupusha,Qiushajing,Tuoquqiukang,Qiudi and others which currently used on the poultry farm for the prevention and treatment of coccidiosis had been taken to be administrated among the experimental chicken which had typical clinical symptoms of the disease and also had been detected to have oocyst in its dejecta by the microscope.In this study the sick chickens were randomly divided into six groups：1 control group contains and 5 test group,each of them contains 50 chickens：Group 1 was treated by putting Quanqiutong into the drinking water,Group 2 was treated by Qiupusha,Group 3 was treated by Qiushajing,Group 4 was treated by Tuoquqiukang,Group 5 was treated by Qiudi,and the medication should be executed for five consecutive days.The result had been concluded by Clinical manifestations,anatomy changes and the methods of counting oocysts.The results show that the cure rate of Coccidiosis in chicken given respectively 97.56%,92.68%,87.80%,85.37%,and 78.05%.From the experimental results,we could see that Quanqiutong can bring the best Therapeutic effect for the treatment of coccidiosis in chickens.
