摘要
采用临床人工感染和对比试验,以生产性能、病变值、ACI、POAA、RLS、ROP等为指标,探讨复方中药颗粒剂对鸡球虫病的防治效果和球虫对该药的耐药性.结果表明:该药对鸡的生产性能无不良影响,抗球虫指数(ACI)为183.42,抗球虫效果优秀,为高效抗球虫药;POAA、RLS、ROP三项指标综合判断,试验球虫株对复方中草药颗粒剂没有耐药性.
The sensitivity of E.tenella to a combination herbal medicine grain was studied in avian,Based on the criteria of percent of optimum anticoccidial activity（POAA）,relative oocyst production（ROP）,reduction of small intestinal and cecal lesion scores（RLS）and anticoccidial index（ACI）,the study revealed that the combination herbal medicine grain had no side effects on avian growth,ACI was 183.42,the combination herbal medicine grain is a effective drugs to controlling coccidiosis and no not resistant to E.tenella of this tests.
