广西鸡球虫虫株早熟系的初步选育及繁殖力的研究 被引量:6

摘要 应用单卵囊分离技术从广西患球虫病的鸡中成功地分离出了几个纯种球虫虫株,并对其中一株进行了鉴定和早熟系的初步选育。通过对该株球虫卵囊的形状、大小、潜在期、寄生部位、卵囊孢子化时间等特征的测定和观察研究,鉴定为早熟艾美耳球虫(Eimeriapraecox);对早熟艾美耳球虫进行了连续6代的初步选育,已获得了具有早熟倾向的早熟系,该早熟系的潜在期已比原代的缩短7h,另外对其繁殖力测定的结果表明,该早熟系的繁殖力已明显下降,其繁殖力仅为原代的47 1%。研究结果为对广西鸡球虫的进一步选育和鸡球虫病的免疫预防研究奠定了基础。 Several pure strains of Eimeria sp. in chickens from Guangxi were separated by using the technique of single oocyct separation. One of them was studied and selected primarily for its precocious strain.According to the size, shape, position of parasiting, development period in the host and time for sporulation of the precocious strain it was judged as the Eimeria praecox. After six generations continuous selection,a strain of Eimeria praecox with the liability of pre-maturity was selectd.The development period of the strain in the host was seven hours shorter than that of its original generation.The experiment results also indicated the reproduction rate of the strain descended to 47.1 % of the original generation of Eimeria praecox.
