摘要
采用扫描电镜、金相显微镜等分析方法,研究了TB6钛合金锻棒多重固溶时效热处理对显微组织、室温拉伸性能和断裂韧性的影响。结果表明:多重固溶时效热处理可以显著提高合金的塑性和断裂韧度,而对强度的影响不大。随着循环热处理次数的增多,强度、塑性、断裂韧度都是先升高达到峰值后开始下降。强度与断裂韧性均在三重固溶时效热处理时达到最高值,比常规热处理分别提高了9%与30%左右;塑性在双重热处理时达到最高值,比常规热处理提高了40%左右。
Using scanning electron microscopy, metal- lographic microscope and other methods, the effects of multiple solution and aging treatment on microstruc- ture, room-temperature tensile properties and fracture characteristics of TB6 titanium alloy forging bars were investigated. The results showed that multiple solution and aging treatment had a significant effect on increas- ing plastic property and fracture toughness, although had little effect on strength. With the increase of the cycling times of multiple solution and aging treatment, strength, plastic property and fracture toughness would decrease after the peak value. In the process of triple solid solution aging heat treatment, strength and frac- ture toughness increased by 9% and 30% than con- ventional heat-treatment and reached the highest. Plasticity increased 40% compared with conventional heat treatment, and achieved the highest value.
