摘要
为研究卷烟工艺参数对主流烟气中苯酚释放量的影响,选择制丝工序中HT+烘丝、切丝、松散回潮及微波松散4个重点工序进行均匀设计试验。结果表明:(1)在HT+烘丝工序中,筒体转速、HT工作蒸汽压力与筒体转速交互作用、排潮风门开度与热风风门开度交互作用对苯酚释放量有负作用;热风温度与筒体转速交互作用对苯酚释放量有正作用,影响大小顺序依次为:筒体转速,HT工作蒸汽压力与筒体转速交互作用,排潮风门开度与热风风门开度交互作用,热风温度与筒体转速交互作用。(2)微波松散工序中,加工时间对苯酚释放量具有负作用。建立了HT+烘丝工序的回归模型,并对回归模型进行了参数优化,得到了低苯酚含量的HT+烘丝工序工艺参数组合。验证结果表明,牌号A、牌号B的工艺参数优化样品苯酚含量分别比正常生产样品降低10.05%和19.90%。
In order to study the effects of processing parameters on phenol release,four important processes,namely,HT drying,microwave loosening,cutting,loosening and conditioning,were studiey by DPS analysis and intuitionistic analysis.The results showed that:1) the running rate of cylinder,mutual acts of the pressure of HT and the running rate of cylinder,mutual acts of the opening of moisture exhaust valve and the opening of hot-air temperature negatively affected phenol release in cigarette mainstream smoke; while the mutual acts of hot-air temperature and the running rate of cylinder plsitively affected phenol release in cigarette mainstream smoke. The order was as follows:the running rate of cylinder mutual acts of the pressure of HT and the running rate of cylinder mutual acts of the opening of moisture exhaust valve and the opening of hot-air temperaturethe mutual acts of hot-air temperature and the running rate of cylinder.2) in the microwave loosening processing,processing time negatively affected yield of phenol in cigarette mainstream smoke. After establishing the regression model of HT drying processes and optimizing the parameters of the regression model,the HT drying processing parameters on low yield of phenol was obtained. The result of parameter verification showed that the yields of phenol in cigarette A and cigarette B were lower than that of the normal production sample by 10.05% and 19.90%,respectively.
