摘要
制度文化建设是国家示范性高职院校建设的重要内容。建设具有高职特色的制度文化,要围绕高职教育的长远战略规划和建设目标进行,既要体现高职院校自身的运转和发展状况,又要反映高职院校组织形态、内部运作以及与外界的关系等。通过对示范性高职学院特色制度文化建设原则和理念的分析,提出制度文化建设的方法与路径。
The construction of institutional culture is important to the construction of State Model Higher Vocational Colleges.The construction of institutional culture with higher vocational college characteristics should be centered around the long term strategic planning and construction target of higher vocational education so as to exhibit not only the operation and development of colleges themselves,but also their organizational system,internal operation system and external relationship,etc.Methods and ways to construct institutional culture are proposed based on an analysis of principles and ideas about the institutional culture construction with higher vocational college characteristics.
