摘要
采用熔融法制备了可紫外光固化的光敏不饱和聚酯(UPR),对产物进行了红外表征,研究了UPR反应的酸值与反应时间的关系及醇酸比对UPR玻璃化转变温度的影响,讨论了反应温度等因素对光敏不饱和聚酯合成反应的影响,最终得到反应的优化工艺条件。
UV-curable unsaturated polyesters were prepared by melting method. The effects of synthesis conditions,such as the realation between acid value and reaction time,the ratio of alcohol and acid, the reactive temperature etc. have been discussed. The fine technological condition was gained at last.
