新型双子表面活性剂杀菌效果的试验观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察新型双子表面活性剂(1,3-DBnQA)杀菌效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法。结果以含有效成分10000mg/L时,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用120min,杀灭率达到100%;含有效成分5000mg/L时杀灭率均达到99.54%;该消毒剂对细菌繁殖体的杀灭效果是:含有效成分100mg/L时,作用10min;含有效成分50mg/L时,作用20min;含有效成分25mg/L时,作用30min杀灭率均达到100%;pH值在5.0-9.0时杀灭率始终>99.93%,以pH值9.0时效果最好。有机物对杀菌作用有一定影响。结论该双子表面活性剂对细菌繁殖体和细菌芽孢均有较强杀灭效果。 Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of a new type of Gemini Surfactants(1,3-DBnQA).Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test was carried out.Results The results showed that the killing rates of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores exposed to the solution containing 1,3-DBnQA 10000mg / L for 120min,were 100%;the killing rates were higher than 99.54% when exposed to the solution containing 1,3-DBnQA 5000mg / L for 120min;the killing rates of vegetative forms of bacteria exposed to the solution containing 1,3-DBnQA 100mg / L for 10min,0r 50mg / L for 20min,or 25mg / L for 30min were 100%.The killing rates were higher than 99.93% when the PH changed from 5.0 to 9.0.The germicidal efficacy were the best at PH 9.0.organic serum had slight influence on germicidal efficacy of the 1,3-DBnQA.Conclusions This new type of Gemini Surfactants has relatively strong killing effect on vegetative forms of bacteria and bacterial spores.
