摘要
辅导员作为高等学校思想政治工作队伍的重要组成部分,是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。加强对高职院校辅导员的管理和研究,提高辅导员的知识和素质,完善辅导员胜任力,既是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的需要,也是高职院校思想政治教育理论研究的需要,更是思想政治工作与辅导员工作实践相结合的重要课题。可在深入剖析胜任力的涵义的基础上,结合高职院校辅导员的工作特点,对高职院校辅导员胜任力做出界定,进而构建出高职院校辅导员的胜任力模型,塑造高职院校辅导员胜任力的校园文化,完善高职院校辅导员胜任力管理机制,这或许就是提高高职院校辅导员胜任力的有效途径。
After exploring the meaning of the competency and considering the characteristics of the higher vocational college counselor's work,this paper raises the definition of counselor competency in higher vocational colleges and summarizes its features.Then this paper brings up three measures to improve the counselor's competency,namely,to construct the counselor competency model,nurture a cultural atmosphere on campus to help develop the counselor competency and establish a complete counselor managing mechanism.
