摘要
采用L9(34)正交试验法,探讨了海藻酸钠浓度、CaCl2浓度、壳聚糖含量和包埋菌量对固定化细胞产壳聚糖酶的影响。实验结果表明,海藻酸钠浓度是影响固定化细胞产壳聚糖酶的重要因素;最终确定的最佳组合为A1B3C3D3,即海藻酸钠浓度2%、CaCl2浓度4%、壳聚糖含量1.5%和包埋菌量6%。
In this paper,the influences of sodium alginate concentration,CaCl2 concentration,chitosan content and embedding quantity of bacteria on producing chitosanase with immobilized cells were studied by the orthogonal test L9(3^4).The result showed that the concentration of sodium alginate was the most important factor in producing chitosanase by immobilized cells.And the best combination was A1B3C3D3,:sodium alginate concentration 2%,CaCl2 concentration 4%,Chitosan content 1.5% and embedding bacteria content 6%.
