摘要
大学核心竞争力是以大学办学理念与办学特色为基础、以智力资源为核心资源而形成的,并被外界所认可的在大学发展中具有可持续优势的综合竞争能力。大学智力资源是大学人力资源中能认识和掌握大学发展规律并充分利用知识和信息进行高智力活动,从而对大学的发展产生高度影响和创造社会效益的特殊的人力资源。作为大学信息资源、知识资源、人力资源之间的有机结合与互渗而生成的一种具有核心资源要素的拉力或合力,大学智力资源是大学核心竞争力的关键因素。从优化智力资源管理视角,着力挖掘、构建大学智力资源系统,并根据大学组织特性和大学发展的基本原则,对大学智力资源进行精心培育和开发,是当今提升大学核心竞争力的关键之所在。
The core competitiveness of universities is a kind of comprehensive competitiveness, which bases on the managerial ideas and managerial characteristics, cores in the intelligent resources and possesses sustainable advantages. The intelligent resources of universities is the special human resources which can recognize and grasp the law of university development, make full use of knowledge and information in the behavior of higher intelligence, produce deep influence in the development of universities and create social benefit. It is also a kind of pulling force with core resources originated in the combination of information resource, knowledge resource and human resource. The key of promoting the core competitiveness of university relies on building the system of intelligent resources of universities from the perspective of optimizing intelligent resources and cultivating and developing the intelligent resources of universities according to the organizational characteristics of universities and the basic principles of university development.
