摘要
利用深加工产品DNA抽提试剂盒和PCR定性检测方法,对成都市场上的大豆酱油进行了外源基因片段检测。结果表明:在成都市场上随机抽样的7种大豆酱油样品未检出EPSPS基因成分。
The exterior gene fragments of soybean oil in Chengdu markets was investigated by the isolation and purification reagents kit of deeply processed products and the qualitative PCR methods.The results showed that all the seven types of soybean oil random sampled in Chengdu markets contained non-transgenic components.
