摘要
[目的]应用反相高效液相色谱法对江苏地区5种野生蔬菜中维生素C含量进行测定。[方法]反相高效液相色谱测定条件为:色谱柱Agilent Zobax C-8(5μm,4.6 mm×150.0 mm);流动相0.1%草酸-水;流速0.8 ml/min;检测波长251 nm。[结果]维生素C在浓度为50~750μg/ml范围内线性良好,R2=0.999 4,回收率为99.5%~101.8%,RSD=1.07%。该法操作简便,结果准确。对5种蔬菜的维生素C含量测定结果表明,荠菜和芦蒿中的维生素C含量较高,分别为50.9和46.5 mg/100 g;菊花脑中维生素C含量最低,为18.6 mg/100 g。[结论]该研究结果为科学开发利用野菜资源提供了一定的理论依据。
[Objective]A HPLC method was used to determine the vitamin C content in 5 local wild vegetables.[Method]The determination conditions of HPLC were showed as following:Agilent Zobax C-8 column(5 μm,4.6 mm×150.0 mm) was used,the mobile phase was 0.1% oxalic acid-water,with fluid rate at 0.8 ml/min and detected at 251 nm.[Result]The results indicated that vitamin C had a good linearity in 50-750 μg/ml concentration range,with a related coefficient of 0.999 4,the recovery rate was 99.5%-101.8% and RSD was 1.65%.The method was proved to be accurate and simply operated.The vitamin C content in Capsella bursapastoris(L.) Medic.and Artemisia selengensis Turcz.ex Bess.were much higher than that in Dendranthema nankingense(Hand.-Mazz.) X.D.Cui,which were 50.9 mg/100 g,46.5 mg/100 g and 18.6 mg/100 g respectively.[Conclusion]The research could provide a certain theoretical basis for the further exploitation of wild vegetable resources.
