介绍了和谐服务文化概念,指出构建和谐服务文化是高校图书馆文化建设的核心目标,提出了高校图书馆在和谐服务文化建设中的创新与实践。
This paper introduces the concept of harmonious service culture,probes into that constructing harmonious service culture is the core target of the construction of university library culture,and puts forward the innovation and practice of of university library in the construction of harmonious service culture.
