摘要
在近几年快速发展的基础上 ,高校图书馆要树立科学的发展观念 ,以人为本 ,与社会经济发展相适应 ,与高等教育发展同步 ,尊重图书馆办馆规律 。
Libraries of tertiary institutions in China have been developing fast in the past years. The author of this paper holds that on the basis of years of fast development libraries should establish the scientific concept of development. Libraries should center on people, adapt themselves to social and economic development, keep pace with the development of higher education and follow the principles governing the running of libraries so as to achieve a healthy and fast development.
