摘要
科学发展观是党在新世纪新阶段提出的重大战略思想,不论宏观上还是微观上科学的发展观对整个社会的发展、人类文明的进步及各项具体工作都具有重要的指导意义,对于高校图书馆也不例外。本文从以人为本、全面和谐、持续稳健等三个方面论述了高校图书馆的科学发展观。
The view of scientific development is the significant strategic concept proposed in the new century and in the new stage by the Communist party. No matter whether it is macroscopic or microcosmic, it is instructive to guide the entire social development, the human civilization progress and each concrete work, and it is not exceptional regarding the college library. This article elaborates the view of scientific development of college libraries from three aspects： humanist, all- round harmony, and continuous steadiness.
