中草药“菌态康”对水产动物病原菌的杀灭作用 被引量:2

Killing Efficacy of “JunTai Kang”— a Chinese Herbal Medicines on Pathogenic Bacteria of Fish

摘要 用多味中草药组方提取其有效成分,制成“菌态康”制剂。测定其对6 种水产动物病原菌的最小抑菌浓度( M I C)和最小杀菌浓度( M B C),结果为: I型荧光假单胞菌的 M I C 为0.78 μg/m L、 M B C 为 3.13μg/m L,肠型点状气单胞菌的 M I C为 1.56 μg/m L、 M B C为 6.25 μg/m L,嗜水气单胞菌的 M I C为0.39 μg/m L、 M B C为3.13 μg/m L,柱状屈桡杆菌的 M I C为 0.78μg/m L、 M B C为3.13 μg/m L,普通变形杆菌的 M I C为 1.56 μg/m L、 M B C为 6.25μg/m L,迟缓爱得华氏菌的 M I C 为 0.2μg/m L、 M B C为1.56 μg/m L。 M B C/ M I C的比率在4~8 之间。说明该制剂对这些病原菌有强烈的杀灭作用。在陕西、广东、江苏、宁夏、河南等地养渔场的中试试验表明,“菌态康”对防治水产动物的细菌性疾病有显著效果,同时,对病毒性疾病也具有一定的防治作用。 Juntai Kang',a new preparation of fish drμg is made from the effective components extracted from Chinese herbal medicines. The drμg has strongly bactericidal action against 6 strains of pathogenic bacteria of fish.For minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) Pseudomonas fluorescens was 0.78 μg/mL and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) was 3.13 μg/mL. MIC for Aeromonas punctata f. Intestinalis was 1.56 μg/mL and MBC was 6.25μg/mL. MIC For MIC Aeromonas hydrophila was 0.39 μg/mL and MBC was 3.13 μg/mL. MIC Fox Flexibacter calumnaris was 0.78 μg/mL and MBC was 3.13 μg/mL. MIC For Proteus vulgaris was 1.56 μg/mL and MBC was 6.25 μg/mL. For MIC Edwardsilla tarda was 0.2 μg/mL and MBC was 1.56 μg/mL.The MBC/MIC was 4~8. The result revealed that the drμg had high sensitivity to these pathogenic bacterias and had strongly bactericidal action. use of the experimental fishery in Shaanxi, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Ningxia, Henan etc. indicated that The drug not only has effect on preventing and curing bacterial disease of fish but also has some action on preventing and curing viral disease of fish
