摘要
分析传统英语教师职前培养中的弊端,将适合新课改环境下一线英语教师培训需求的具体做法与当前英语新教师的专业化培养相结合,从课程体系和实践操作两个环节更新教师技能培养的内容,为教师职前职后教育一体化视野下的职前培养探索实用模式。
This paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional English teachers' pre-service training,tries to update and reform the curriculum system and practical practice of teaching training,in order to probe a new practical model of pre-service teaching training in light of pre-service and post-service educational integration.
