摘要
公共英语教学中应当加强对于翻译能力的培养,鉴于翻译能力培养的综合性以及和其他技能的相关性,应厘清翻译教学和教学翻译的侧重,还应理顺翻译能力培养的内容和方向。
In college English teaching, a focus should be properly put on the improvement of students＇ translation competence. So the differences between translation teaching and teaching trans-lation should be clearly found and the content and direction of teaching translation should be clarified.
