摘要
以贝壳为原料,采用一次煅烧法制备了柠檬酸钙,并利用正交实验对制备条件进行了研究.结果表明:在10 mL质量浓度为0.20 g.mL-1柠檬酸中,加入1.0 g煅烧后的贝壳粉,于60℃条件下中和反应,所得产品的产率为94.04%,纯度为99.29%,产品经红外和质量检测,基本符合我国钙添加剂的质量要求.
Using one-step calcinations methods,the preparation process of citric acid calcium with shell as raw material was studied.Orthogonal test showed that the best preparation conditions were as follows: adding1.0g shell ash into 10mL 0.20 g/mL citric acid at the reaction temperature 60 ℃,under which the yield and the purity of calcium citric were 94.04% and 99.29%,respectively,IR analysis and quality evaluation of the product showed that the quality of the product was in accordance with the criterions of Chinese regulations for calcium additives.
